Dolores "Lola" Vandegrift

Dolores "Lola" Vandegrift passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. She was 87 years old and a lifelong resident of Croydon, PA. She was a graduate of Bristol High School and worked for many years in her family business Arnold Electric Supply in Croydon. Lola was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Croydon and the Vereinjung Erzgebirge German Club in Warminster. She enjoyed root beer floats, roller skating, bowling, gardening, and especially enjoyed soaking up the sun on the beach in Sea Isle City, NJ. Wife of the late William P. Vandegrift, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Pursell, her parents Margaret and Max Arnold and her sister Inge Perchalla. She is survived by her daughter Sandy McCarthy (Tom), her grandchildren, Danielle Bush (Mike), Lauren Pursell, Angela Boltz (Adam), Nicole Paul and Kristina Kreuzburg (Riccardo). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend her memorial gathering on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 6pm until the time of her memorial service at 7pm at the Molden Funeral Chapel and Cremation Service, 133 Otter St. Bristol, PA.
