Ellen C. Callahan, age 64, of Bristol, PA, passed away on June 11, 2020. She was born to the late Philip J. and Ellen C. (nee McFadden) Callahan in Bristol, PA. Ellen was previously employed as a Statistician Assistant for educational testing services. She loved animals and spent a lot of time volunteering to help them. Ellen also rescued and adopted many greyhounds throughout the years. Her favorite places to visit were the zoo and the beach. Ellen also enjoyed watching football, especially the Philadelphia Eagles. She will be deeply missed. She is survived by her Daughter, Bridget Callahan (Jose Mendez); grandchildren, Jamie and Lucas; sister, Colleen Callahan (Don Geddes); Niece Miranda Liming; Nephew Alex Geddes; and dear friends Brandi, Penney, and Amber who she considered her daughters. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the National Greyhound Adoption Program by visiting ngap.org. Funeral arrangements are private.
