Madeline K. Whitley

November 12, 1956 - February 22, 2022

Madeline Keys Whitley, after a brief illness departed this life of sin, sorrow and pain to meet her LORD and Savior Jesus Christ on February 22, 2022. Madeline was lovingly known as The Mag, Maggie, MK, MKW and to her grandchildren lovingly known as Nana. Madeline was born November 12, 1956 at Lowers Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Pennsylvania to the late William and Agnes Keys. Raised in Bristol, she was educated in the Bristol Borough School District and graduated in 1974. Growing up, she was an active member of Second Baptist Church, Bristol, Pennsylvania. She was employed by the Bucks County Correctional system in the administrative offices. It was during this time she decided to pursue her true calling in the world of fashion, sales and cosmetics. Madeline became an associate of the Mary Kay Cosmetics Corporation. She was awarded the signature pink Cadillac after achieving the rank of top sales consultant and leadership. Madeline had also been employed by Good's Furniture and Mealy's Furniture of Langhorne, Pennsylvania in sales. On December 24, 1988, she married the late Rev. Henry Whitley, Jr. They lived in Willingboro, New Jersey before moving to Goldsboro, North Carolina. She lived there for 20 years and was actively involved in home bible studies lead by her husband, Rev. Whitley. It was during this time period that she developed many long term friendships in North Carolina as a result of the bible studies. Upon returning to this area, she fellowshipped at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Madeline is survived by her three loving children: Felicia "Nikki" Keys, Bristol, Pennsylvania, Troy Elliot Keys and Clintonia "Toni" Keys, Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Grandchildren: Mia Buchanon, Daniel Harris II, Faye Harris, Quaheem Keys, Troy Keys, Jr., Jai Mirah Keys, Triznasha Keys, Trineese Keys, Elijah Keys, Samir Keys, Xavier Keys, Harmony Keys, King Keys and Delysiah Whitley. Great grandchildren: Daniel Harris III and Vanessa Harris. Brothers and Sisters: Barbara Rollison, Quincy, Florida, Jerome Wood (Anne), Landenberg, Pennsylvania, the late Katie Mae Woods, Lucy Wood, Quincy, Florida, Carol Bryant, Levittown, Pennsylvania, William "Billy" Keys, Jr., Bristol, Pennsylvania, Samuel Keys, Lawrenceville, New Jersey, Theresa Gale, Bristol, Pennsylvania, Wayne Keys (Lisa), Clearwater, Florida and John Cortez (Debbie) of Levittown, Pennsylvania. Adopted by love, daughter Cherita Pridgen and granddaughter Jade Davis. She also leaves to cherish memories a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, son Eugene Whitley and the Whitley family and lifetime friends. Psalm 116:15 - Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints." But fear not, for we shall see Madeline again in glory standing around the Throne of Jesus forever praising His Name.
