Roberta Olearchik

March 31, 1947 - February 11, 2022

Roberta May Olearchik, 74, of Bristol, lifelong resident of Bucks County, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 at the Kimmel Sidney Cancer Center at Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia. She was born in 1947, in Trenton, NJ to the late Lawrence F. Newell, Jr. and Alberta (Cline) Newell. Roberta was a Pennsbury graduate in 1966. Later, she was a machinist with Atlantic Coast Components. She was a very hard worker, even at the age of 74. She told her family, "I will work until my hands and feet can work no more.", and she did, she worked a full day, the day before she went to the hospital with leg pain. A few days later she passed away. Her strength was inspirational to her family. She was also a devout Christian and a member of the Edgely Christian Church, Bristol, PA. In her early years, she loved tubing down the Delaware River, teaching bible study at church and she sang with the church choir. She loved to go down to the shore, especially the Wildwoods. Roberta loved crocheting, word puzzles and gardening. She had a green thumb for flowers and her son, Richard would help her plant them, when she was unable to. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and loved spending time with her family. After 18 years of marriage, she was predeceased by her first husband; Mike Sinroff, her second husband; George Olearchik passed in (year), after 13 years of marriage. She leaves behind, to cherish her memory, her son; Richard David Newell, her daughter; Robin Marie Newell and her husband; Joseph Swinehart, Her brothers; James Newell and his wife Diane, Lawrence F. Newell, III and his wife; Sue. Her grandchildren; Joseph, Jr. "J.J." and Jordan Newell, as well as, several nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 10:00am - 11:00am at Molden Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service, 133 Otter Street, Bristol, PA 19007.
