Ruth B. Williams passed away Monday, June 25, 2018 at her home in Levittown, PA. She was 74. Born in Gilberton, PA she was a long time resident of Levittown. Prior to her retirement, she worked with special needs children in the Pennsbury School District for 20 years. She was an active member of Hope Lutheran Church where she participated in the Lutheran Womens Missionary League and sang in the choir. Ruth was a wonderful wife, mother, friend and best grandmother ever, a beautiful soul. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, James R. Williams, Jr. and her 6 siblings. She is survived by 2 sons James R. Williams III and Craig Williams, 4 daughters, Cheryl Winder (Steve), Amy Kojola (Connor), Christine Sauerbry (Terry) and Dawn Whirlow (John), 8 grandchildren, Robert (Julie), Jared, Connor Jr., Caitlin, Sarah, Casey, Bruce and Brayden and many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 9AM until the time of her service at 10AM at the Molden Funeral Chapel and Cremation Service 133 Otter St. Bristol, PA. Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery Wilkes Barre, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alheimer’s Association www.alz.org.
